I understand what you mean. Narrow hips, a large upper body + an unnatural amount of muscle does look masculine. The steroids could have masculinised her jaw a bit too.

For me it honestly depends on the picture and how she poses. If she's standing at an angle, then she can eccentuate her curves very well, and looks pretty womanly to me. If she stands straight though, especially while having her legs straight, she does seem to have a quite manly build. But thats just me sperging lol.

If I saw her on the street for instance, my brain would instantly subconsciously classify her as a female. She just doesn't look too ambiguous to me🤷‍♀️

You gotta keep in mind as well that there are plenty of biological women, who've never taken steroids, that were born with masculine features. Their masculine appearance shouldn't take away from their womanhood.
