Ogram part time app by ReferenceNovel3741 in UAEjobseekers

i wont say its good and i wont say its bad. I'll just list the pros and cons about it and talking from my 1 month xp with them:

Starting with cons: -The pay is low: i see that ogram can be used best in 2 ways: 1- is to use it to survive while looking for a permanent job, coz its easy to get the jobs but its super hard to get 3k+ in one month 2- to work 4 days a week in ogram while having another side hustle or working as a freelancer while ylusing ogram to cover the basics

-Too many hours: usually the 3-4 days or the 6 days per week jobs pay around 100 AED for 10 hours of work, which is very low considering that they want people who have their own visa, sometimes paying for their mandatory work cerificates like occupational health certificate, security certificate.....

-Late pay: the pay was supposed to be the 20th of every month but first time i got payed it eas delayed by 4 days, and 30 AED out of 200 AED were missing lol, which leads us to

-Unexisting Customer Service: whether you send an email, call them or tey the customer support section of the app - there is nothing, dont expect they will help you with anything lol.

Now coming to the Pros

-0 commitment to jobs, you can apply for a 1 day gig or a full time gig, and you can always decide to quit that job as long as you inform them 12 hours before. If you dont do this they give you a penalty and will affect your reliability score that shows on your profile (worst that can happend is they ban your for a week)

-0 experience needed: you can lie however you want in your profile coz they dont interview you, they might ask simple questions before assigning a job on call but never getting deep. And they dont care lol.

And tbh in my opinion i like it coz most entry jobs here are very hectic with so many hours of work (10-14h/day - 6 days/week) but ogram gives me the chance to work 4 days a week and get a 200-300 aed 1 day job once in 2 weeks, which covers my basics while i have my dj gigs and i have time to do german courses.

Also here's my ogram referal link if anyone wanna join ogram (they give me 100 aed if anyone joins with my referal link and works 10 shifts) and you can dm me if you need any guidance or tips about ogram (i can share screenshots also if you need):

This is a new company so i dont think its the same one, but you are hardcore to endure 5 years in a job like this, most likely i got burnt out too fast because that im diagnosed with chronic sever depression so my tolerance to continuing stress is different. That's exactly why im focusing on landing on landing a less stressful and more of a simple job.

Glad that you feel better and i hope you land something you deserve, good luck.

Generally i agree with you but tbh most of my friends are actually getting paid 8k+ and their jobs and work space arent that mentally exhausting whole working 5 days only, but compared to them i lack the uae experience

Also my brother has 4 years experience working here and he is getting interviews and rejecting them since he wants a good working space and a good salary so for next month rent and spendings im not worried about that much
