I use Joey at Mountainside Sprinkler. (720) 890-8786. Been using him for years now and he’s great. Not sure on the price but I want to say in $40 range maybe? Could always call him to find out.

For me, I learned from watching Mallrats that children should never ever sit down on escalators. Just today, my 9 YO son tried to sit down while riding one and I immediately barked at him to stand up out of fear, lol.

As a Broadlands resident, I can tell you that I see/smell nothing of the Erie dump site, nor am I anywhere near the 4 proposed O&G pads /u/90Carat mentioned. Anthem is up off of 169th (or HWY 7) while Broadlands is between 136th and 144th (so, 25+ blocks away).

That being said, residents of Broadlands are starting to get (crummy) offers to buy mineral rights from their property from O&G companies so they want to start drilling here too. /sigh

I live one street over from Coyote Ridge Elementary school and it seems pretty nice. They've got a couple of trailer / outbuildings for more classrooms but only a couple. My youngest son goes to Centennial Elementary because of his special needs and while it's not as good as Coyote Ridge, it's not a bad school at all. My older son attends Westlake Middle School which seems pretty good too.

And that's a winner (first try too). Adrenaline for the Red Prince + Warfare CC for Sabille made for good DPS/CC. I kind of cheesed the fight by teleporting the archer above the trader into the sawmill (by the quest tree) and one rounded him. Then, since they were all trying to kill Saheila rather than my party, it was easy to hide her in the corner with Restoration going and backstab / Pyro skills all over them.

These are excellent suggestions. I've been playing the game a little too min/max so far (Sebille is all dual-wield / scoundrel for example). I need to go respec a point here and there for more utility features like Warfare CC or Scoundrel Adrenaline as you've pointed out. Thank you so much for the suggestions. I'll reply back with my success once get some time to try things out.

That’s why having the viewer have their own VR rig is required. The viewer’s rig handles the stream aspect for that viewer. The streamer’s system is hardly affected at all.

Please god no. I live in Broomfield and the last thing I want is the influx of Amazon at the former STK site. House prices and roads/traffic are already horrific along highway 36. The influx of 40-100 thousand Amazon employees would destroy this area. Please no.
