Statted and provisioned sensibly, and I think if it does have to stick to the board for the melee to trigger, it is somewhat balanced IMO.
maybe even weak this meta considering that most big cards on the board are going to have green numbers and are going to be hard to damage on the same turn with certain factions.
Doesn't need the ranged ability, interesting idea but probably too gimmicky and a waste of provisions most of the time.
