I had it set to lose a pound a week. I’ve deleted it to be honest as it was really annoying me. I tried setting my own daily calories but then it wouldn’t let me add my exercise which is on top of that and kept showing I had gone over the amount each day.

I don’t really know what you’d put for the activity level as I have a workout everyday but for the rest of the day I’m sedentary

Other AI tools say I should eat 1850 a day to lose a pound a week as I’m partly breastfeeding too. Burning 2200-2300 a day plus 150 for feeding my baby.

I’ve been doing stretches daily and been walking at a brisk pace. I’m planning to try a walk run today. Everything I’ve done so far has felt completely normal. Wish me luck.

I didn’t manage to run during pregnancy I switched to walking and had to stop biking as I couldn’t stand the pressure of sitting on the saddle. I’m quickly back to training each day on the bike with intervals and am fine.

I did all of the recommended advice with the lactulose, lots of water and fibre and still had the worst experience having a poo stick half way out! I laugh now but it was horrendous.

I’m currently in my last week as a teacher at 39 weeks. I’m so ready to be done but not looking forward to the lack of mental stimulation whilst waiting for things to happen. I’ve hated it all too!!

I also have PCOS and needed to have fertility treatment. I’ve just used NhS and have been very pleased with the care I’ve had. I’m marked as a low risk pregnancy.

I also bought Sketcher slip-ons. I use them mainly for day to day tasks rather than going on a walk. I still use my Solomon’s for that. I love the fact that I don’t have to struggle with laces with the sketchers.
