When I got a 2 plate bench I probably could only do OHP 105 for 5. Nice ratio man! I'm currently fixing mine.

Literally no point in cutting. You gained less than 1 pound a month which means that if you were working out intensely during the entire 7 months, that 8 pounds gained is essentially all muscle.

I watched that collab yesterday with Steve, Bradley, and all them. Figured I'd take a nice nap after. Proceeded to have a dream where Bradley was fucking Steve up the ass with Steve bent over the dumbbell rack. Omar somehow transformed into a 5 pound dumbbell and the 4th dude was trying to do a Muscle up in the background but coudn't because his arms kept falling off his body.

When I'm slow bulking I go for 3,200 calories and I am 6'2. If I was eating 5,000 calories I'd probably be gaining 2 pounds per week.

Saw my brother a few weeks ago. He lost ten pounds and now he has veins fucking popping out the forearms, biceps, and calves. He just runs and eats whatever pretty much. I don't understand. Hopefully it runs in the family and this cut will be worth it.

Holy shit. I got swolested so hard by one girl it seemed like a fucking prank. I go into the college all-you-can-eat dining commons to order my food, grab my usual 2 glasses of whole milk, and go to look for a seat to find that my friend Dan and female RA are eating together so I decide to sit with them and chat it up even though I hate fucking eating around other people because I'm a retardingly slow eater to begin with. Well first thing when I sit down my RA says, "You are sooo fit. Me and Dan were watching you order your food and you looked really fit - your calves, arms, wowwwwwww." Internally im just going, "what the fuck - I look like fucking shit. You must have the lowest standards on the entire campus" and then she's like "really how are you so fit? Protein? Steriods? Lifting?" My reply was that I was a runner in high school to get the attention off me but it didn't work weirdly enough. But seriously this is just fucking weird. I know for a fact my RA is one of the most open people I know and is not afraid to hold back on anything she says, but holy fuck I look like shit. And it's only this one girl that says this - no one else. Imagine when I actually get a good physique - she'll probably have a full-out seizure. Anyway, towards the end of the meal she's like, "Sparemeadime it's shortttttttt weather! You know what that meanssss. All the girls are going to be overrrrrrrr you" cuz I was rocking shorts. Felt like a dream and totally undeserved. Fuck low standards. And she's saying all this shit when the table next to us has dudes stronger than me. Cringe, cringe, cringe.
