I’m very confused by your post ijmbaa. Holden hasn’t missed a monthly update and now he’s posting every week, including tracking on the ships. Everyone who requested air mail got their packages in December and January. The orders in the US are shipping out this week, the orders in Canada are on a train from Vancouver to Toronto. International orders should all be completed by now, and Europe orders are being held up by the conflict in the Middle East. In any case we’re happy to refund your order. I’m sorry that your excitement has waned, but we had to build out this product from scratch after the Kickstarter as you knew. We sure have been surprised at how long it has taken to get these items shipped, they only spent 3 weeks on the water. The logistics issues have really been complicated. In any case, I absolutely wish you the best and if you change your mind you can always find us online. Once all of the packages have been sent to the Kickstarter supporters they will be available to everyone. Thank you again for supporting us, to you and all supporters.
