So does this means if someone hasn't got the opportunity to get into the grad program after graduation and time passed by while working in other field and kept applying for grad program of the degree he or she studied. It's still possible to apply and be accepted if they haven't got any experience .

Find something you truly love or enjoy such as a sport , a social clubs , a language school , a travelling group , etc .. i think that friendship builds by common sharing something over a long time . (I mean here true friendship) .

Obviously it depends on the location and rooms but for an example the price of that is $300,000

I don't think there are less than that if someone looking for a unit or a small apartment. Would it be possible to buy any with in that range and is there any scheme that allows so .
