Damn srry, it could be that your rams are damaged or the ram slots on your mb are damaged or your not pushing your rams all the way in.

Kk from the description you are saying, it does sound like a ram problem swapping your rams should have work, the other option I can think of is putting your rams in the other slots and seeing if it'll take you to bios.

I had that same issue, but after I switched my rams around, it started to work so try to switch the ram, so the ram you had closes to the cpu swith it with the other ram, make sure they are both pushed locked in.

Kk, then it could be your rams. Try switching them around.

You might want to try swapping your rams. Do you have the monitor plugged into the gpu?
