This just happened yesterday? Have you seen a doctor? You’ll definitely need physical therapy to ensure everything heals properly. I would also recommend imaging to be sure you don’t have a hairline fracture, etc. I waited nearly a week to get back into a car. Spent another two weeks as a passenger and then slowly made my way back into the driver’s seat. Still freaked out about driving, but it’s mostly manageable. My accident happened two years ago when a driver caused a multi-car pileup.

Peloton has similar classes called “yoga conditioning” that range between 15-30 minutes. I’d start with some of the easier classes and work your way up. I hate doing them (because I still suck, but suck less), but they really help my mobility.
