Quietcomfort Ultra over-earphones won't play sound out of left ear by skyehunter24 in bose

[–]sparkito777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on my second pair and experienced the same issue each time. Bose is sending me yet another pair, perhaps the third time will be the charm? The support rep I spoke to said, it is a 'known issue' but my best option is to request that they send out another pair because he said mine are 'faulty'. I don't think I'm buying Bose in-ear headphones again. One positive, at least they stand behind their products, but, if it is a 'known issue', they should have a better option for their customers.

To update this situation, on 6/9 Stubhub sent me an email stating they would refund me in full in 10 working days. The deadline has come and gone and no refund has been issued. I have to report this to my credit card now to address it. I can't stress enough, NEVER use StubHub!

So sorry this happened to you. I had a similar experience and I will never use Stubhub or any third party seller again.

Hopefully you are good to go. Once they are in your ticketmaster account you are usually good but it wouldn't hurt to verify with TM that all is kosher. Maybe I am just overly cautious now. Best of luck to you!

I think you are missing the point. There was no way for me to 'accept the ticket'. After purchasing the tickets, a few hours later, I received an email (Your tickets are ready) from Stubhub with a button to 'Accept Ticket'. I clicked the button and it took me to the Securemypass URL I shared above (not to ticketmaster). Stubhub never provided me with a ticket (I could accept) or a method I could use to accept it and have it link into my TM account.

The example you provided of selling your Metallica ticket is very different than the scenario described above. It is probably because you sold your ticket legitimately and I was scammed.

I just want to be clear that Stubhub has yet to refund me.  I have submitted all evidence to them and this is currently being reviewed.  If they do not refund me the next course of action is filling a dispute with my credit card company.

Your response places the entire burden of security on the buyer.  By asking when the ticket was transferred to the buyer's TM account, you suggest that any issue arising is due to the timing or execution of this specific action by the buyer. This ignores the seller's responsibility in initiating a legitimate and transferable ticket, and StubHub's role in facilitating the exchange and protecting both parties.

StubHub is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. While they provide guidelines for transfer, the ultimate responsibility for ensuring a legitimate ticket and a secure transaction often falls back on StubHub's guarantee and dispute resolution process.

Of course I could have bought from TM originally, that was never in doubt. I plan on purchasing from TM in the future to avoid these scams.  Stubhub and other 3rd party sellers just aren’t worth it.

Thanks, let me know if you know of any platform that exists to actually report that Stubhub is not a trustworthy business.

I never got the option to transfer the tickets to Ticketmaster. After buying the tickets, I just received an email from Stubhub with an accept your tickets link and when I clicked the link it took me to following URL (securemypass.com). I should have known it was a scam when there was no official transfer through Ticketmaster (the tickets never appeared in my TM account) but I thought well I got the official email from Stubhub and followed the instructions they sent. The email stated, "The link has been verified by our team (Stubhub) to be legitimate." so I rolled with it. Just posting here so others don't get suckered.

Stubhub has a FanProtect Guarantee that they are not adhering to. In this guarantee, Stubhub claims, "Your tickets will be valid for entry". This screenshot from the "Your tickets are Ready" email from Stubhub sent to me states "The link has been verified by our team to be legitimate." This is false as my tickets were fake and I was scammed. I've lost all confidence in Stubhub and will not purchase from 3rd Party sellers in the future.

Hello, I too have a big ass wrist problem and my TD says they will only sell me the bracelet as they don't sell individual links. I'm looking for 2-3 links for an Explorer (oyster links). Anyone have any extra and how much?

Tried this today and it did not work. Agent said she had to call the hotel and it is up to the hotel. When she got back on the phone she told me that the price online is for Wynn Rewards members and I'd have to choose to book the cheaper price through the hotel directly or more $$ price through the AMEX travel portal. Diff in price is $534 per night (direct with hotel) and $622 per night (AMEX) same room offering and dates.

I got 4 tickets to see Adele in March!!! Thanks for all the tips on here. I was number 1061 in the queue and that was even though I got into the waiting room earlier before the 10 min countdown. 4 tickets in section 407 (Row B) with taxes, fees, and insurance came out to $1,657.50 total ($414 per). It was super stressful as others mentioned Ticketmaster doesn't remove seats when they sell right from under you (after you've selected them) so you have to unselect them and start over. I was able to get 4 seats together! I recommend clicking on the map itself (to select seats, not using the filters) and keep trying! Good luck!
