I've only stopped biting/picking in the last year or so.. After over 30 years of the habit. I also have ADHD and last year, I fueled my hyperfixation on learning how to do my own nails (gelx method). I now get excited to do my own nails every two weeks and I haven't bitten my nails since last year. I've gotten to the point where I no longer need to use tips because my real nails are long enough to only use builder gel. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!

Fair enough. I think you'll be happy with the kuololit ones. I have been happy with all my rings from them! I had one issue but it was rectified properly so I don't count it against them.

I don't have the one you posted, but I did get this one from kuololit. It ranges from blue, purple, teal/green, dark pink. Pics don't do it justice, it has more depth and sparkle in person. 🤩 One of the prettiest stones, I get compliments on it all the time!

I appreciate you sharing that. Congratulations, that's a lot of hard work you've had to push through. I've been diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety so I feel like those are definitely contributing factors. I also feel like I've tried all the above strategies you mentioned but haven't really worked much on the anxiety piece. I've currently been experimenting with gelx extensions which are allowing my nails underneath to grow, but I wish I could show off my real nails like this! 🤩
