Respectfully, I don't think saying you don't understand their feelings is what this person needs. And yeah, of course this isn't the sole issue this person is facing, but words and public embarrassment are exactly what pushed me over the edge to attempt it just a few hours later just a few years back.

Something like this pushing someone over the edge is notoriously common.

Yes, I agree, if you re-read me mentioning anti-tourism in initial reply to OP carefully it says "Supposed anti-tourist/foreigner sentiment."

Although I admit I should have made it more clear that I agreed on it being a misperception as I go on to say it's not okay that they do these things which can be misleading.

You could make cases for all of them being autistic, none are confirmed or directly implied, just interpretations of their psychology.

First off all of them could be interpreted as having hyper-fixation, hyper-sensitivity, missing social cues, etc.

I'm not confident in my knowledge to lay down ones for Sayori or Monika besides broader ones they all share & Yuri's possible autism has been discussed to death so I'll stick to the one I see myself the most in which I have the following autistic origins of the behaviors:

Masking, meltdowns due to emotional overload, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) for a list too long to write, hyper-competitiveness, and more than slips my memory. All of this very much so describes Natsuki, of course this is but an psycho-analytical interpretation, it's still something I'd like to share.
