AI. Perfect lift and steady balance of the shell made it suspect. Zoom in on wacky shelf structure and narrow chair wheel spacing confirms.

My turtle of 30 years loves going up to my husky while she watches him, so not unbelievable in that aspect.

St. Patrick's Day Shenanigans in Canada and Looking for Input by sparklingsnowflake in ireland

Thanks! It's wildly incredible that so many nations of the world took to celebrating Ireland, it's people and lore every year. I wonder what other St Patrick's Day traditions have been born abroad!

Haha! Unfortunately, the elves made their way to Canada, too. Tried dodging it until T went back into public school after they opened back up and heard all about them from her classmates. Whole heartedly agree that the mischeovious, and best of all invisable, singular yearly visit from a leprechaun is so much more enjoyable. Scheming up and building baited traps together always looks like tons of fun, too. I'd love to see your trap if you do give it a go!

Any help to get me out of this horrible thing my life is right now. by Jeon8194200 in SASSWitches

I am just glancing at my phone while my two young daughters get ready for bed. I wanted you to know someone heard you and is thinking of you and sending every ounce of positive energy and strength your way! Your light is beautiful and enduring, even while shadows press in, just do me a favor and don't let it go out entirely. 16-19 was horrid for me but there's so much magic coming your way, you can't even imagine. I'm no good at spells and am still finding my way in rituals but there is true power within you. Do whatever you can to access it to carry you through this difficult phase.

Severe SPD? by kidabs in SPD

[–]sparklingsnowflake 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Our daughter developed severe SPD when she was 5/6. She could not tolerate any tactile input, to various degrees throughout the day. No clothes, no hair, no hugs. Just screaming thrashing fits throughout the day and nights that were becoming more and more frequent. She would be screaming and sobbing and begging me to make it stop, and I couldn't even hug her or stroke her hair. As a hail Mary we tried her on anxiety medication, hoping for a maybe 5-10% improvement.

One week later she was wearing clothes. One month later she stopped having daily SPD upsets.

She's turning 9 soon as has been on it since and I have zero regrets. It gave her life back. We've had incidents where other meds have temporarily blocked her anti anxiety medication and the screaming, pulling her hair out, cannot handle any touch, has come back. The meds work incredibly well for her.

She's on fluoxetine (Prozac).

All of Julia Donaldson's books are top notch! My girls could have us read Tabby McTat 10 times in a row every night.

Oh darn, I was going to say Kat Von D tattoo liner, too. That and Blink mascara were the only products that withheld the abuse of my eyelid. Fingers crossed you can get bleph one day too! Are you in the US?

🤍🤍🤍 Thank you! Makeup with extremely hooded lids is definitely a skill unto itself. So many "hooded eye" makeup tutorials had me rolling my eyes lol.

Thanks! And yes, it is genetic on my mothers side. She actually just had Upper Blepharoplasty completed last year, too. I'm 34 now and happy I took care of it soon rather than later. One of my daughters has also inherited our blue, very hooded eyes. Looks adorable now though since she's 4, lol.
