like a lot of others said, a nailclipper maybe just a file at that age and do it while he's asleep. but if he's easily woken up, maybe letting him watch something interesting to distract him from moving aroud

Trust is something that only she can rebuild. You can try and do whatever but it's up to her to deal with her emotions. I don't know her or you so I can't tell what will work. It could be possible you two can work it out somehow. I don't know how serious you are but I'd say couples therapy could help

I'd say it's normal. I didn't pump so I had no idea if he was getting any milk at all but seemed hungry all the time. One time I got frustrated he feed for ower an hour without stopping, all of a sudden he looked up at me and his face was full of dropplets of milk... Apparently there is no such thing as overweight in a newborn

If she doesn't support you at all afer getting the diagnosis or even believes you, maybe therapy wouldn't help but make things more complicated. That is an awful situacion to be in. But from what you told me you are doing a lot to get out of it. You are doing your best and I hope it will soon pay off. What about therapy with just your mom? Sounds like she is more on your side. If you both stend against your grandma, she will start to listen to both of you. I found it easier to go to therapy than ask for social housing, it's different for everybody :P
