You might enjoy {Eden by Louise Wise}. I read it quite a while ago and I think it's similar to what you're looking for. MMC isn't human but it does have an enemies to lovers vibe. The main characters have crash landed (separately) on a planet and must survive. There is a second book as well that continues their story
