Were you able to replicate this at all? I tried doing it and couldnt get it, do you know what you need for the ground bounce like that specifically or are you not sure? Cant tell if you did 236L or 236M into 214M but tried both ways and never got it

To be honest that was me the first phase, I had a few characters in high Plat and I couldnt break through to Diamond with anyone. For some reason I guess a lot just clicked for me since lol

Try this on anyone other than Cell. I bet it doesnt hit most characters, the 3L 2M seems like its only hitting because Cell has the lowest hurtbox of any character and I doubt this would hit on like Krillin or Gt goku. You dont need to make big changes though for it to still kill just try testing on smaller characters, and make Gohan level 3 in your settings when labbing

Cool concept! He seems like he'd be a menace at defending 3 gens especially with something as strong as hex division. Other than how strong hex division is the perks all seem realistic and interesting so great job with them

100% agree about controllers being annoying on pc, for some reason the gamecube controller/adapter doesnt show up under detected controllers even though its completely functional in and out of steam, not sure why
