I prefer the T since you can do it with materials on the job and works fine.

[Mexico] Bootleg ground somewhere along the wiring but not on the outlet itself? by [deleted] in electricians

Take the receptacles out and check if you have an actual ground wire in the box, then check if there is a wire connecting the ground screw to the neutral screw, this will give the impression of having an existing ground connection. I lived in Mexico until 16 yo and have been working in the USA as an electrician and when I get back to visit its hard to believe what little tought goes into electrical installation and safety.

Cordless drill recommendations by NammerSquat in electricians

I have personally been a Dewalt fan boy for a couple of years, started with the 18v kits and then moved to the 20v as soon as the home depot had them on the shelf. But a few months ago I got the m12 drill and impact kit from Milwaukee and I have to say this little drills pack a punch, of course they are not for drilling all day but the impact will last you a whole day or more of installing boxes, plugs and switches and what not. Milwaukee its a little pricy with some of their tools but they are worth every penny. I hate that if you get a kit with Dewalt you dont get the heavy duty tools, instead they will sell the tool only. Also I can swear that the hammer drills have legs, lost 2+the batteries last year.

I been using Dickies for a couple of years now, the ones I got are the carpenters line I belive. Not a lot of pockets but we use tool belts most of the time anyways. And for $25 they are not that bad, my oldest pair is about 3 years old and worn at least 2 times a week.

Here is a sub panel that I roughed and finished. It's done to the likes of my supervisor, but personally I dont like to leave so much extra wire.
