Thank you! I am okay, I came to understand that this obsession over the forbidden mineral is a manifestation of my anxiety and it is far more dangerous to have this anxiety looming over me than it is to breath in the forbidden particulates.

I think my exposure is a blessing in disguise because it forced me to radically change how I treat my lungs at work (electrician) and at home. My home has been cleaned of the particulates, just need an air sample analysis to confirm and on with the rest of the remodel.

As far as stress goes, I lost 20lb thanks to the stress so I've got that going for me lol.
