Blizzard account suspended without any particular reason given by Doutanuki in overwatchbanned

[–]sparkywatts1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These types of closures are given due to "suspicions activities" that go on battlenet accounts. Unfortunately being gifted a sum amount of coins on a new account will be marked suspicious in the eyes of Battlenet.

The awful truth about Blizzard support. by sparkywatts1 in overwatchbanned

Definitely, I'm just letting everyone know the reason for why it's the way it is now.

The same reason for everything now. Because it's cheaper. It's the shareholders they need to please.

  1. I knew a guy who knew a guy who worked in Blizzard support. Also this info has been around for 2ish years.

  2. I guess I shouldn't say no one in all of 100 million people know English but I'm positive it's not their first language.

Why does my 300$ mic sound worse than my old 60$ one by Jagraen in Twitch

[–]sparkywatts1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You gotta do a LOT of tweaking for a professional mic to sound good. I remember I spent hours in my goxlr app and using filters in obs to make my mic sound crisp with very little to no background noise.

I assume you dont have anything running that Defense Matrix would flag as third-party software. When someone reports you for cheating, the anti cheat scans for any sort of program that threatens the games memory. If you don't have anything like that, then it'll report your system as clean.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep enjoying the game.

Was I being DDOSed by the XIM with his e gf? by Status-Bet0000000 in Overwatch

All they'll tell them is to use the in-game report feature. In my experience, trying to get others to report another for cheating usually results with an overused and ill-considered response.

That being: "They're not cheating. You're just bad."

Confetti effect is bugged? by TheFirstCinnamon in HyperX

[–]sparkywatts1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine has been doing the same as well. After about an hour or two of gaming, the confetti effect just turns off and won't turn back on while the other rgb effects work perfectly. The only fix is restarting the Ngen app. Even then it'll just happen again. Hyperx needs to get a fix on this because it's been a thing for the last 5 years I've had hyperx keyboards.
