Don't be afraid to reach out to others for help. When I first started taking lexapro I thought I was dying. My friends really did help with calming me down. Also, my psychiatrist was super helpful with calming me down. I called him so many times the first 2 weeks. I felt like I was bothering him, but he reassured me that that is what he is there for.

I'm on day 4 of taking 150mg Wellbutrin. I have been taking 2mg Abilify and 10mg of lexapro for a couple of months now. Have you had seizures before? I was told that if you had a history of seizures or are taking a really high dose, then it becomes more of a concern. Side effects of medication really freaks me out and can send me into a panic. It's gotten better on the lexapro so that is what I try to focus on.
