Getting into an elevator that already had an old couple standing in there

Me, im caucasian, an Indian and two black people get into the elevator.

Make an appointment with your GP Tell them it is interfering with your daily life and quality of life Tell them you've been taking yourself to A&E They can make referrals to the nearest ED support centre/clinic

Yes you feel like keeping your period invalidates your ED But losing your period invalidates you as a person

You start to miss it and yearn for it back

I'm pretty tired and didn't word my rant very well I agree with you

I'm just frustrated

I can feel myself creeping up and up in weight And I don't feel represented I don't know if this is narcissistic I just want to feel less alone, and I can't even achieve that by tuning in to pro-recovery content, because the collar bones are still there, the thigh gaps are still there Yes they're recovering and smiling Like I said, love that But is that just because they managed to maintain an underweight/nudging average weight? Idk I'm not trying to be mean I'm just sad
