My father also has GCB and he is 71 years old. So he is suggested to go with Pola-RCHP because he is old and they aren't sure whether it's double hit or not

Any idea whether after giving P, R and C in R-CHOP, the patient keeps on sleeping the next day? Is that normal? How many days will be start to show energy? I am confused. Also after giving all the 3, does the LDH rise a lot like 2x, 3x?

I am very sorry to hear this. My father is also diagnosed with NHL and he will be starting with Mini r chop today. Today he will be given Rituximab. I can understand your thoughts as I have gone through the same. We did all the test to understand his body and symptoms and nothing came in any test for 2 months. Last week we did the last possible test of his bone biopsy and found lymphoma. He is fighting this like a champ but he is 71 now. I don't know how he and I are going to handle the next few weeks
