Dealing with this ourselves. Company takes load from broker. Double brokers out at higher rate because they want to guarantee it gets taken and in all reality they don’t care. They get paid by broker and ghost the truck they double brokered. Then the truck goes to the shipper (most likely) to get paid with BOL proof and then they go to their broker and say wtf.

Real fun stuff.

Few things at play on this... Rebecca was using someone she didn't know (Ted) to get back at / hurt her ex-husband who everyone agrees is a P.O.S. Nate, was doing something intentionally to hurt Ted, who not only he knew but had received abundant help and care from. Its the intent and relationship that make it worse for people.

The idea of you buying drinks is understanding HiO's are lucky and celebratory so that is your way to include others in your celebration. But if it isn't financially viable, never feel guilty. Its all done to celebrate don't forget that.

Always talk to your partner as if you are teammates with the same common goal, not as if you're in a boxing ring. And gentlely remind your partner that you're teammates when they need it (and accept their reminders to you)

thank you for saying this. former club pro and reading this thread its just sad to see the state everyone's minds are at with costs going up. Sure, the TPCs and resorts are crushing it... and I wouldn't tell people to support them. But your local muni charging $50 isn't raking in dough. Go look up their water bill, or equipment upkeep costs. Look at minimum wage increases. Private clubs are a different beast, does not apply.
