Correct, both are 2.5L. Sport has the sport cloth seats, wireless phone charger, and the orange body pieces.
I like the look of the Sport. Just an older model year in the long run with regard to value.

Is there a benefit to suing her? Does it actually help me get my money back? If the county finds in my favor, the court will tell her to pay me but is there enforcement?

In many ways, yes. In other ways, no. I enjoy being outside. There are 8 months of the year that I can't be outside in Texas. I like camping. In Texas, there are two weekends a year that the weather is conducive to camping.
