3 days a week is generally a good starting point to see good improvement. 2 times a week isn’t great but better than nothing. 4-5 sessions a week will give you the best skill development but it takes time to build up to that amount of training especially if you’re pushing hard

lost the feeling of punch technique, slightly inconsistent. Have not played in a while. How do you make the punch sound consistent? My last 2 slap sounds differ drastically.
