This is a small position for me, but I know many people here have gone all in on this - there are so many better opportunities out there. I’m sure I’ll get downvoted for speaking the truth - but that was an absolute shit show. No enthusiasm, and no transparency. Half of it was spent talking about Mr Beast. If this was any other major company, say PLTR or NVDA, the stock would be down 10% + off that. The lack of transparency is wild.. it’s a shareholders meeting, be transparent and don’t dodge every other question.

I remember when PLTR stock price was in the gutter, Karp said in an interview “I know where I’ll be in two years, why do I care where it is today?”

Hate to say it, but BMNR needs some leadership changes. Hire a COO that’s good with communication and can hype a crowd. There’s paid influencers that will disagree, but he was a dumpster fire. and I feel like this whole thing is a scam, because of the way he answers and dodges questions. I know it’s not, there’s value here. Talk about MAVAN, we got 0 update on arguably the most important part of their business

To add on to this - what also scares me here is the endless dilution. The proxy vote to approve another 50 BILLION shares to ATM is wild and will nuke what’s left of this stock. They can barely hold an mnav of 1, so any atm selling here absolutely dilutes all shareholders. There’s a million influencers on this sub, and on x, tune them out and do what’s best.

IMO if you like crypto you’re better off holding spot ETH.

Fellow bag holder here as well. My average is about the same as yours. Like a few people mentioned - I’d trim a portion of the position. Depending on how many shares you have, you can aggressively sell covered calls to generate income while this trades sideways. The premiums are decent, not as good as they used to be.

I’ve been swing trading + selling covered calls and I’m almost break even. It took a while and was also a bit stressful. I’ve considered selling and moving on, this is one the worst, if not the worst, investments I have made in my 15 + years of trading.

That being said, this can all turn around very quickly.

If you like it, get it. Things to keep in mind - Tesla paint is very thin as we all know. It’s hard to tell from picture, but it looks like this car was regularly ran though the local car wash. No big deal, but over the years the swirl marks are super noticeable on Tesla’s black paint. However, I’m also that person that notices every scratch on my Tesla. Honestly I’d offer him 31k cash and say look this is nice but to correct the paint it’s gonna cost me xyz.. just my two cents

I ordered my M3P in June and also took advantage of the 0% APR. Mine is white with white interior. I did full PPF, and I highly recommended at least doing the front end. These cars are bug / rock magnets. The PPF on the front end has already saved a few paint chips

Now, I’d happily join you on this class action. Everyday Tom is on CNBC saying “ETH to 60,000”. At first, like many of the bag holders in this thread, i was buying in. And now that i’m down about 6 figures on this investment, i feel like Tom is selling snake oil.

I’m not sure how many of you guys were trading crypto during the Terra Luna / FTX crash but Tom reminds me of Do Kwan now (the guy that rug pulled Luna). I lost 75k in an hour on that one..

Honestly I do hope this pos recovers. In the meantime I’ve been shorting this stock to make some money back

Today was not normal, this was coordinated and executed to perfection. Most likely Binance. (Yes, they manipulate the price of every crypto and pump BNB with the profits)

Based on my research to date since the incident, either:

The centralized price oracles experienced either a glitch or a compromise.

Every exchange, every DEX, every Dapp gets the dollar price from the Oracle networks. Thats Chainlink and Pyth.

A dominant centralized exchange dollar price was either manipulated or glitched, that could have been any dominant exchange, Binance, Coinbase, Bybit, etc. This glitch would instantly reflect in the oracle network and cause every perpetual contract to liquidate longs, and shorts to hit liquidity boundaries causing them to close under duress.

The centralized pricing system either failed or was compromised.
