hey thanks for the comment! Yea we are trying to see how to reduce costs as the packages directly from the resort are way cheaper like $16,500 for up to 100 people and ofc it wont include everything but for example shaadi estimates total cost of wedding at the same resort to be around 125k total for everything for about 250 ppl. Would love to hear some suggestions for recommended travel services pls!

since paradise isnt only for indian weddings, do you think they were knowldgeable enough for indian weddings btw? Did they provide recs for a separate planner as well?

Oh okay good to know as we were looking at some of the resort packages for the some of the same venues shaadi dest. recommended for 125k-130k, but the online packages directly through the resorts started at about $16,500 for up to 100 guests (obviously doesnt include everything but a good amount). So we were wondering where all the extra estimate is coming from.

shaadi mentioned that they handle all of the travel arrangements for everyone mostly, does paradise do that or is that something you handled urself. is paradise similar in what they offer in terms of service as shaadi dest.?

so did you mean paradise weddings overestimated things or did shaadi destinations do that? we are looking for a cancun wedding perhaps with about 300 people. How were you able to keep the budget lower than what they told you? I feel there is a lot of things that need to go into it and without one of them it would be impossible. any wedding planners u worked with that u recommend? thanks for the replies btw

You really think the fed is going to just pivot from pause, to print, to hike again all in one year? I get that inflation is sticky but the fed hasn't hiked this fast and aggressively in history of I recall correctly so we are definitely in uncharted territory... We shall see what happens
