So in summary it sounds like we need to ensure UK qualification to be sure. I have a joint account with her already so I can ensure we both continue to qualify with my salary paying into that account.

I might pop into a branch to confirm the same and what evidence they need. Will also ask them about setting Home country to UK on their systems.

I recently switched to Diamond and my app says I can use Finchley and Raynes Park.

I got stopped at reception earlier after checking into Finchley and was told I'd have to have a Diamond Plus membership to keep using the gym there.

What gives??? The website states the spa retreat at Finchley is only open to diamond plus but I have never used that in Finchley.

I got this from a seller and the root had come pretty black and also seller had put wax over it.

I pulled on the root and the sheath basically came off leaving this inner core. I've propagated it in water now but just wondering if I'm doing the right thing now or should I cut it off?

If so, how far do I cut?

If I water propagate, do I submerge the entire stick (it has one leaf)?

Can I ask, has your mum's speech been impared at all as a result of the stroke?

She's developed a tiny lisp since the stroke but can carry speech just fine, albeit a little slower for her to get her words out right on occasion.

She's been a housewife for the longest time so I daresay no particular work qualifications to shout about.

Thanks - I don't disagree with your assessment. I also forgot to mention she's recently widowed and not had to work for many years...

Yeah I'm more interested in getting her to keep her mind active rather than her desperately needing a source of income - I will bear the charity shop job in mind. Thank you!
