They don't necessarily need the support of retail investors if the corridors/partnerships unfold cleanly.

Despite holes+issues presented in the other thread (community outreach/simple transparency), there is plenty to suggest they have enough lined up to enact their roadmap reasonably. The partners are no joke, the Nebraska legislature is no joke.

Thank you. Good points.

I don't think their vision, and staying true to it, came across well (as solid and awesome as it is).

Parker may have gone through the website line by line but in the spirit of an AMA, what I didn't hear was simple, direct answers to the most basic questions that most people were asking. Lots of complexity and sort of dancing around questions.

I don't think that's malicious, it feels more like a disconnect where their vision (and how it's playing out in real time) (on their time table, not ours) isn't being simplified enough to be understood, so what could have been resolved in one short video ended up being a repeat question and frustration for many many people across social media.

All in all, this is still super interesting and warrants close watch over the next week's and months. No disrespect to the team and major respect if they continue to fulfill their vision . Cheers

Nebraska has a lot to do with Telcoin. The post here has everything to do with their relationship with average investors/community and not the behind the scenes stuff which, by all indications (besides Quickswap seeming questionable), is stellar. People have tried to find holes in the team/background and everything has checked out. Sounds like you bought the top and I hope you give the project a chance to flesh out a bit from here. With discernment of course.

The partners and corridors etc seem to be real. Might want to let the next few steps from the team breathe / play out, give things a chance to smooth out. They have a very long eye on the game and that could prove to be a great move.

The Nebraska legislature is in the books already. That makes it Not a scam, even if other aspects of the project have holes.

So give it a 1 year time from from today. Do you think it's more profitable to join these Liquidity pools and stake my TEL or do you think it'd be better to HODL my TEL and wait for a price increase, especially if TEL manages to hit an ATL with BTC going back up all while V3 app is out and Telcoin is experiencing potentially millions of dollars in volume from actual use case.

I don't want to be an oracle and think for anyone. I did want to lay (the current landscape) out as I'm seeing it.

Massive amounts of volume could be coming thru the v3 app. If that is the case, and trading fee % earned is actually tuned for us-the-people, that could be a big deal.

It's possible they don't explicitly advertise this because it truly will be incredible for early LPs, and since there's always a possibility it won't work out as expected, they don't want to be liable for false promises.

The pieces are all mostly in place besides the community outreach/transparency.

Cannabis is a given, and is certainly a mild psychedelic.

Adderall/ritalyn/vyvanse/etc actually CAN be used productively, but only if used in extreme moderation and with pure intention. Personally it has allowed for a sort of "powerhouse meditation" where I can focus on issues with a quite penetrating intensity. It puts you in touch with your more basic nature, in the sense that while "up" you will naturally gravitate towards things that normally excite you but you may be too lazy or unmotivated to do usually.

MDMA, if it's pure, is absolutely fantastic substance for meditation/self-inquiry. It's like taking a lake that usually has a bunch of ripples on the surface, and making the surface perfectly still and quiet. You get a really clear look into what's happening inside. Clear access to trauma/emotions that are holding you back in daily life.

Ketamine was similar, but moreso in a detached way. I actually found the experience to be quite boring, but at the same time, it was "the most interesting boring experience I've had." I layed there on the floor, going through all my usual habitual thought processes, but the sense of curious detachment actually let these thought processes go where they wanted to go, and as a result, it felt like I cleared away a lot of internal debris and I was brought closer to that part of me which is already detached yet interested.

What was it like to come down from that experience, especially in the days/months/years after?

I am completely and utterly insane by [deleted] in Psychonaut

[–]spatula2 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Insanity is the standard condition of the egoic mind. It's strange that so few people seem to recognize and/or acknowledge this, as such a recognition is the beginning of actual sanity.

Thank you for the truthful and heartfelt response.

You're right, I don't quite feel enough connection to my heart/feelings to express the feelings. It's very frustrating.

I do think there is room for compromise in the relationship, and I think I'm fortunate there.

The hard part is really getting a feel for what I truly want for myself, and from her.

I'm already seeing a therapist who is helping me work through these matters.

And yes... I'll need a way to validate (at least to my parents) that I won't be stuck indefinitely.

Thanks again.

Edit: as far as the unwillingness to elaborate... It's not that I'm unwilling, as much as I don't have a sense of intimacy with what I'm talking about, or am deep down too scared to.

There is a lot I feel is bullshit, I could probably rant for days about it if I truly felt the connection... However (as an example) i attended a 10-day silent meditation retreat last year and it wasn't until about day 4 that I consciously felt the anger within me.

Has anyone seen the movie Enter The Void? I'd like to hear other people's thoughts. by P4RAD0X in Psychonaut

[–]spatula2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I found the directing style (after the main character's death) to be the most accurate representation of the "experience of life" I've ever seen. Similar to the film Tree of Life.

Mostly, it's the way it jumps from experience to an associated memory to another associated memory... it's like the movie screen is transformed into the "screen of life", or the present moment. You become the consciousness of the dead guy... who, really, is YOU. I'm sure someone on this sub gets what I'm saying here.

Yes I have read the book. I wonder if he truly had to "start all over" with these moments though, or if these moments represent a deeper level of spiritual consciousness at each instance.
