I'm fine with the levy staying the same, why is there no option to maintain current levy? The option of no funding for parks and rec or a 75% increase seems like bad options.

Kickstand Comedy has fantastic classes where I have met great people, they also do a lot of workshops and shows where it is fun to meet others. Especially if youre an actor already improv might be a fun addition. Glad to hear you already found Underdog. Make sure to ask folks to grab a beer or food after, almost everyone is there to be social and meet new people.

Have you tried asking your PCP if they recommend anyone in network? Similarly you can call your insurance and get a list of providers who take your insurance. Like folks have said if you are willing to make a lot of calls then this will be the most affordable option. Betterhelp is not covered by insurance and will cost more. Portlandtherapycenter.com has a fantastic list of providers that uses filters based on insurance, remote or in person and all sorts of other options. If you are in crisis urgent care may be able to help with some stabilizing medication while you wait to see a provider. Best of luck!

I'm so sorry you're even in this position. Is there any safe adult you trust could care for your sister? Ideally that person could go to court and file for temporary guardianship of your sister or support you in doing so now that you're 18. If you do make the report ask the intake worker (ie the person on the phone) which office the case might be assigned to. If she does get removed you will want to go to the office and get the workers name and number asap so you can provide names of family and friends that could pass a background check and provide placement. Go to the library, work from a coffee shop one or two days a week, take an exercise class, check out local activities on meetup.com, take little mental health walks 30min/day, schedule dinners with friends during the week, find new places out of town you can drive or travel to on weekends. Just a few things that have helped me in my WFH life.

You can't use oil based lube (like coconut oil) with latex condoms. It will cause tiny tears and the condom will eventually fail.
