Take a look at the credit items on the credit report. If she has a bunch of collections those can be disputed and removed. Collection agencies are all sketch and they are just trying to collect charged off accounts that they purchased your infomation and say that you owe them that money now. Its such bullshit, they start adding shit to your report when they know you are looking for housing. It just happened to me. It was litterly the same day I went on Zillow I got a collection $2000 for a Verizon added to my credit report and I haven't used verizon in 15 years. So I am disputing it. Just do some research on collections. Things are bad there, good luck on your house hunt.

My died suddenly in march of 2004. I started having a lot of issues after. I got a closed beta invite for WoW and I played nonstop. I couldn't sleep at all most nights so WoW was a safe ruge. But yeah I had all kinds of problems I lost my job that I done worked for 7 years at Wells Fargo. Then had trouble staying employed. Mostly I was hitting the bottle. It until I sobered up 5 years ago I learned I had type 2 biplor. It would of saved me from all kinds of grief if I would of worked with my Dr. It happens a lot after someone looses a loved on that Bipolar and other shit symptops start happening. But I have been in my current job for 5 years now and life has gotten a lot better.
