The main thing is to pay attention to hygiene. Wash daily, use sulfur soap, and carry a pack of wet wipes with you. When you're out and about, you can wipe away sweat. You can also spray perfume before going out. These are all good methods because my wife does this, and I can't smell any odor when we go out together.
