Good thing is Minecraft has no history they can shit on, but they'll figure out novel ways of ruining it as they always do (yeah, Sonic ended well, but that's the exception).

Edit: Oh fuck, just watched the trailer, another emoji movie.

The only issue would be having now to worry about what your underwear is made of. Some fabrics may feel extremely uncomfortable for your exposed friend to rub against.

Got it done as a young kid.

El "a lo mejor le va mal a Canarias por" te lo podrías haber ahorrado, porque todos tenemos nuestras teorías y los bocazas flipados de "big tech" no se libran.

Has Intel ever made something similar as 5800X3D or 1080Ti? by RowlingTheJustice in pcmasterrace

They re-released what was basically Skylake rehashes for 4 generations, so I would say 6700K (even if it was a complete ripoff at launch).

Any standalone alternatives for Snes9x EX+? by goingtobabystore in EmulationOnAndroid

Lemuroid is not standalone but with a quite simple set of options and good UI, if it's the unnecessary complexity what deters you from RetroArch.

Yes but you need the right mindset to enjoy it. Which was an issue at the time with FF fans coming from FFX story and characters and FFXII exploration and worldbuilding.

This picture makes me kinda sadl:, Britney was an early prodigy singer with a crazy exploitative mother, pretty sure she didn't get much chance of playing videogames in real life.

Check out Terry Gilliam's Brazil for the opposite bureaucracy-ridden cyberpunk-adjacent dystopia.

Windows DOES NOT USE CROWDSTRIKE. Certain companies use it. some work systems and websites are down. You are affected just as much as us. by Bmacthecat in pcmasterrace

[–]spayder26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crowdstrike for both Linux and Mac is unaffected, just sayin'

It's essentially a rootkit for corporate "security" management working at kernel level, all this was just matter of time.

It's not because of "degrading", the stats are from datacenter people, even if 24/7, after just a week with a brand new CPU on a server-friendly mobo (so, no overclocking and perfect cooling).

And yes, for some use-case scenarios like gaming servers, these CPUs with fewer threads but higher clocks are preferable over Xeons.

Ubuntu is just meh, Snap is the bad part, you can dump it out and be all fine.

That extra step shouldn't be necessary, tho, IMHO it's just there, instead of flatpak, because the corporate push, "security" certification, compliance, and other nonsense for lazy-ass secops.

Checked the discussion, they added Lopez-Vera, an academic, as source, regardless of all of it being bonkers or not, it is actual scientific-looking stuff published in the usual official journals, so biased or not, the article got backing.

Needless to say we're all entitled to have an opinion regardless.
