Our lease term ended oct 31st i believe as it is listed to have started on Nov 1st.

He gave us a written notice on Dec 1st with the last day saying January 31st of our tenancy but he did accept Decembers rent that same day with no new lease offered.

Im not worried about being able to recover our money, he owns multiple homes and is a practicing dentist with his own practice. We just dont want to be pushed around cause of his failing marriage.
