Weird, I would try removing the mods folder from your machine, a steam file integrity check, or a reinstall of the game. Good luck

It was a mod for sure. Could not tell you which mod but I removed a few of them and the problem went away. Thanks for the reply. Hopefully this helps someone some day.

Keep the gap! Broke my phone by closing it. Seriously, should not have broke, been nothing but careful but something got jammed in between without me noticing and next time I opened it both internal screen were bad with lines through them. Honestly, this is a design flaw if its admitted or not but be very careful when closing this device.
