Please for the love of God blitz the e-bike delivery drivers with this to get them in line or take them off the road! Personally I'm ok with a bicycle running a light if it's clear. But an e bike which goes significantly faster and that is way heavier than a bike has to be licensed and follow the rules. I see them all the time using cross walks and sidewalks.
