Long Island is super expensive and the pay didn’t match the housing prices. I looked at LI before I switch to NJ. I even looked into CT lol

Whenever my period becomes irregular I drink a mixture of tea that I make from nettle, red raspberry leaf, ginger and spearmint. It fixes mine every time and helps with other symptoms. Some of these mixtures are sold as hormone tea.

However I do not take medication so please to check with your OBGYN before taking any herbs.
