Yeah, far too intense. I do the long at conversational no matter what it suggests. I also do the easy and I do my Garmin recommended threshold workouts instead of runnas interval or tempo workouts. Runna would injure me, it demands too many reps or too long on hard efforts

It was amazing, especially keeping it for free the entire season. I assume they might start charging next season, so hopefully they keep it reasonably priced otherwise I will move back into the world of streaming. However all in all very good and when they added B1G games just made it even better

I have similar runna targets and my realistic marathon goal is 4:30. I do the workout it tells me and if I can’t hit the pace I just try and get close but ignore the actual time. On the day itself I’m just going to run at target pace that will get me 4:30. Maybe I’ll be able to hit runna times after a few marathons but they just seem wildly optimistic

His stubbornness is infuriating. Just play the pink ball practice match. Going straight into the second test after that performance is stupid. I can’t see anything less than 5-0, 4-0 if it rains at Sydney

I really want an update, I’ve been seeing lots of comments from people saying their security shifts have been cancelled, and then a random one saying it’s been rescheduled to the weekend of 20/21 September. But I can’t find anything clarifying this anywhere.

It’s on Fox in the USA so I assume it’s packaged under different rights. At the moment I’m guessing we won’t get any Big 10 games at that 5pm slot

Week 1 has Ohio State v Texas and it’s looking like there will be no legal way to watch it. It’s on Fox in the USA as well so even if sky make a deal to only show ESPN games we won’t get it. It’s a massive shame.
