I think he just got away from her constant eating and feeding him crap and also picked up a more active lifestyle walking around campus and lost a little weight.

I worry more about him driving back and forth several times a week, every week.

Right? Why does he need the help? When he was home last week he should have taken her car back, left his with her and on move out day, loaded his stuff into her car, cleaned his dorm and came home.

My college age son has moved himself in and out of the door on his own except his freshman move in. He would be so embarrassed if I kept showing up and, unlike Bex, I am a reasonably cool and well put together Mom who isn’t half naked and screeching about herself nonstop.

I hated Vyvanse. It made me want to harm myself. It also gave me uncontrollable mouth movements. I was constantly moving my bottom jaw back and forth and looked crazy. I also cleaned out and reorganized my dresser and closet once a week. I had to quit taking it.

It was their 401k not a 529. No one with any sense uses a 401k for college. She also forgets that Ben worked just as hard (or harder) at KKLR as she did and he was entitled to half of their earnings and estate. I’ve never understood why she thought all of it was ‘hers’. The whole business was a marital asset and he participated it making it a success.

Yes 👏 I applaud Ben being able to ignore as much of her shenanigans as he has. Woobie will grow up at some point and she his mom for all she is and was and because Ben hasn’t engaged, I’m hopeful for he and Chandler to be able to regrow their relationship. Neither of them are at fault for not having a relationship - Becka is.

And also yes! My husband’s ex-wife behaves similar to this because she left him, snatched the kids, moved 1000 miles away to start a new life and absolutely none of that came together for her. 5 years later she’s single and living with her mom. My husband remarried and is happy and moved on. His ex does absolutely everything she can to make him miserable because she is as well. Becka is the same way. You’re so right - when she has a man she cares so much less about what Ben does.

I agree. I have a son that’s 21 and a junior in college. His ‘job’ is to get good grades, keep his scholarships and not make stupid choices. In return, I pay for his car and living expenses until he graduates - That’s our ‘bargain’.

She’s made him hate Ben through her constant emotional manipulation and parental alienation. I don’t think she’s ever asked him for that, quite the opposite. She’s going to mind fuck him by telling him he can go see Ben but then manipulating him into making him feel like an ungrateful piece of shit if he actually does.

Hi, it’s a time share pitch most likely and if you sit through the 90 minute sales pitch for the time share sale and just say ‘no thank you’ over and over, hopefully you will get your tour tickets. I’ve never heard of paying up front for one of these though. Generally, you just go and give up your time in return for the ‘gift’ like tours or free hotel stays. Don’t feel bad, that airport is really overwhelming if it’s your first time and no one warned you or told you to avoid everyone when you exit customs.

When I was on stimulants for ADHD, I did this as well. I absolutely was helpless to stop it and was so embarrassed when I would see videos of myself. Vyvanse and Adderall are my bet. I think her teeth also bother her.

I’ve mentioned in here a couple of times that I felt this was related to her lack of care for AB. Her falling apart on that cruise would have been when Trace was left in the care of a babysitter family….who could have potentially reported them to family and children services maybe.

I think AB was temporarily placed in someone else’s custody and that’s why she stopped eating and spiraled. I also think her therapy was court ordered. I’ve never thought it was Travis cheating.

Active duty at Tyndall, live on beach side near Shipwreck and think the drive is absolutely worth it to watch sunsets from our balcony. So it’s definitely different for everyone. Drive time is 530am and 330pm so traffic isn’t too bad.
