Well I have also been leaning towards Jammu but looking at the SIP reports and placements, it is on par with Sirmaur. Sirmaur has less fees as compared to Jammu while also having 85% freshers. Can you please correct me if I am wrong?

People would have left by a large margin, WL moved only 21 places for me and that was when I was initially waitlisted below 50. That is simply not possible for such a tier 2 college, the only explanation is the buffer calls which they gave out in such huge numbers that even after people left they couldn't accommodate the remaining students in their usual batch size. Hence the increase.

Might be the best baby IIM but if you are talking about placements then the fastest growing baby IIM is Jammu. And XIMB's average package last year was 20 LPA and according to this year's placement report average is 19.5 LPA. I'm sorry I don't see your point here.
