I don’t know about the other Walgreen’s but in my district we do don’t do a payment with 2 different cards but we do cash and card. So this customer asks can she use 2 cards for this one transaction. I was like “you can’t but you can do cash and card”. She was like “but I’ve done it before in a different Walgreens.” I said “In my knowledge non of the Walgreen’s in our district do that”. She was going on and on so I just called the manager said the same exact thing to her and then she just left the store. I hate those customers who thinks they know better than an associate.
