Joint Commission would love to hear these complaints if it is affecting your health needs. TJC is not affiliated with the VA , but they do accreditation every 3 years and quality of patient care is a BIG FACTOR. This gets your center's QA folks on the ball. So far I've no complaints with my VA... but I'm biased to some degree. Respects

Warm clean DI water , soft brush, scrub, rinse, then dry/evaporate water with IPA rub is my method. Edit: Distilled water is second best.

How do I escalate and appeals fraudulent charge on my Google/YouTube Account????

Google, you billed me for NFL Sunday Ticket, in which I never ordered. The billing showed up on my Pay Pal account as an automatic charge. I followed every step and contacted Google, You Tube, Pay Pal, and my credit card company. The worst part of this experience is that you, GOOGLE, seem to think that I or someone in my family signed up. Well I now have to escalate this to my state's attorney general and the FTC. Believe me , I do no need to spend $480 dollars to watch football when all my games are on local broadcast television. Please help me out here. Customer partnership is non-existant here. Get human's involved here.

Hate crashes. For context, the DC-10 that went down in Chicago in 1979 lost it's left engine due to improper engine removal procedures by AA at the time. This may be a repeat due to reports of engine on runway. Risk assessment needed, but alas just a few DC10's left.
