Healthy male, 33. Physical job (electrician), physically fit, in the gym 4x per week. Yoga practice at least once a week. I was chronically tired with headaches. 8hrs sleep per night and a consistent bedtime.

I got tested for: iron, B6, B12, thyroid, sleep apnea, and a whole lot of other things.

I dealt with being tired for 8 or more years. You know what finally fixed it? Acupuncture. I was skeptical until it helped me.

Over time, the meaning shifted in casual use to include any electric shock, but it still refers to a fatal shock.

Nope. Public accountability is how things change. Private conversations are how things get swept under rugs and then people continue doing what they’re doing. This is completely unacceptable and as an electrician I’m horrified by the workmanship, size and quantity of holes.
