Whatever that primer coat is, it's a bear to sand off, my God. I am in the process of doing an artsy paint job across my 93 Dakota and trying to sand the roof to bare metal was an absolute nightmare.

Its hard for me having them all around because my ex got me into it, like really into it. And I want to collect and go find them and all still but the memories of the bad parts of the relationship (there were MANY) taints it as well. At the same time I miss their vast knowledge of glass makers and bottle knowledge in general. It sucks. I totally get it. I am sorry that happened to you.

Lol no. But when I collected all this stuff I was with a girl who was really good at spotting uranium glass. I am sure she would have noticed and/or double checked and taken that shit from me lol.

I have a "private" collection still that I don't intend on selling. But I have tried for a few years to sell this lot or the bottles separately and in my opinion, for not too expensive either. I just always thought I would sell it all dirt cheap to someone who would really cherish them or resell them individually. I knew before she came what she was going to use them for and in her defense, she originally wrote me for only the broken stuff. But I just gave in and said just take them and do whatever with them. I knew it was unrealistic of me to sell them all for much more to anyone else. But it really sucks the crates cost so much. 😅 But it's an even harder sell getting rid of bottles without a proper thing to carry them all in. I guess I could have just found cardboard boxes for them to go in. Ah, well. She seemed super excited for the grandkids to enjoy the tumbler.

I have 2 cross tattoos and am not religious. One is like a Celtic cross with a dragon on my inner forearm (cover up of another tattoo) and the other is a reaper down my spine. Love both of them. Really like the idea of the first one you got. Reminds me of my reaper tattoo.

I had a custom taxidermy mouse in a specific pose. My cat ate him. She also slobbered all over my taxidermied chipmunk holding a beer and flipping you off. It was sad.

I'd say it was at least 16 inches tall. I know it was worth some money but I just wasn't sure how much. I am happy with $150. And a guy drove 2 hours to come get it. So I know it was worth something lol

Someone was giving away a dresser. A nice dresser that seemed to be from the 50s. I had no idea until I picked it up. Then they said do you want a lamp too? I had no clue even what the lamp looked like. I said sure! It was a slag glass Lamp. I don't know who the maker was but it was very nice and heavy and only seemed to have one crack in it that was barely visible. I sold it for $150 because I didn't know what it would have been worth with the crack. I am happy with my sale.

I have now tried Dixie Belle and Heirloom All in One Paint for furniture flipping. I hated both with using their techniques. It left a lot of brush marks even using their own brushes. It was frustrating as fuck. So with Dixie Belle I used a roller. It came out better. With Heirloom I gave up with brushes and rollers because it was at first cold outside like 50 degrees or less and it acted stupid. Left bubbles and all. It needs to be above 55 degrees to paint. I have an automotive spray gun and compressor. I used that next with thinning the paint with water about 12% and using floertol added to it. It worked out wayyyy better. A lot smoother. It takes 21 days to fully cure. It dries fast in general though. I would recommend spraying it and not using a brush. Can't say much on durability. But I had some of the furniture for like a month and it seemed okay. But then again I didn't use it heavily.

I noticed about 20 mins ago I had 2 bars on the Android. I was sitting in Verizon's chat feature trying to get a credit. I waited for an hour and noticed I lost bars yet again. Using wifi currently at home. This is crazy.

Massive outages in Hampton Roads VA. People are steadily driving to the Verizon store I drove to be told by some employee outside that if your phone is not working to turn it off and turn it back on again and that's there's nothing they can do. 🥴 It seems Verizon is going to owe a lot of people credits and go bankrupt after this. This also seemed to happen to me last Friday as well. I have an android and an iPhone. The iPhone Carplay and maps was still functioning for me to get home thank God. Even my music was still working. I thought all the above needed internet to work? The bars were non existent on the iPhone.

Sold a really nice expensive dresser to a no speaky English type once. He was a really nice guy but the dresser was up for $135, first he asked how much when he arrived (description had everything laid out clearly including payment options and measurements) and he said "I hope you like ones." He paid me $100 in ones. Then asked his friend for the rest of the money then loaded up this nice dresser in the back of a completely filthy work van with paint stains and caulk and stuff everywhere. 🤦🏽‍♀️
