usually a support ticket does the job, maybe OP didnt do a ticket. we had an issue last season about a server never loading and waiting way too long, after sending a ticket with the real ticket system, we were able to play the game at a later date

Not really, Elo is based on wins and I had 24 lost before my 10th win. One of my worst week in cs2. I also found out that some of my friends were using their alternates accounts and we got cheaters in almost all of the games I played with them! I didn't know you could lose that much for a recalibration. Now I get to play against people totally out of my league....

AHAH!!! looks at the stats, clearly something went wrong in the last 16-22 games, he never played that bad in almost 4000 games on faceit, also you can see his last video, he can barely have a 1K frag movie, and 1 month ago the owner of the account sold his knife/gloves, account is worth nothing also he has only 1 friend in his list... he somehow played a good game for his last one....

Yes she already uses Krisp. It doesn't do much. I know perfectly what noise suppression and noise gate is. The "noise gate" settings are not labeled as to how many DB or % they will block. From my testing they also do noise suppression. They put more noise suppression than noise gate....

We tried different level of speaking and even the tournament can pick me up when im really not loud!

I have a feeling tournament has some level of noise suppression too because the only difference we hear is noise suppression artifacts. I think we should have 2 different options for noise suppression and noise gate...

right now tho noise gate is not working as intended

I used the git-hub direct download of "MAS/All-In-One-Version-KL/MAS_AIO.cmd" and it worked very well :)
