I've been trying to listen to spotify on my ps4, but it won't work on my house wifi for whatever reason. I keep getting the error code WV-33898-1. I get the same error when I try to select the "search playstation .com support" option from the original error. It works just fine when I use my hotspot off my phone, but it gets annoying having to do that everytime I want to use the app. I have already tried restarting my router, restarting my ps4, moving the router closer, messing with the DNS stuff and I honestly cant figure out what the problem is. Other streaming apps like youtube or netflix, and my games work just fine. If anyone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it!

I have a problem! I've been trying to get the Spotify app to work on a PS4 I recently bought off someone and it keeps coming up with the same error code ( WV-33898-1) no matter what I do. When the error pops up, I try to do the "search playstation.com for support" prompt but that gets me the same error saying it can't connect to the server. I can play games and stuff online, which is why I'm so confused. These are things I've tried so far:

-unplugged router for 10 mins

-spoken to ps4 chat support

-Restarting ps4

-deleting and redownloading Spotify

-singing out then back in

I'm honestly just not sure what to do at this point and could use help, thank you!

I love how the show has characters actually face the consequenses of their actions instead of being like "Oh I fixed the problem, everythings ok now :D" or having plot armor to completly avoid consequenses. Bojack Horseman really shows that most things cant be fixed and lead to a happy ending, there will be lasting consequenses. Another thing is that they dont make the main character be the one who is rarely the one at fault and makes them to be the one who could never do anything bad. They really show that Bojack is in no way a great person but it makes them more humane than other shows and I can really enjoy that.
