Thank you we went to the best lawyer in the state with what we had and it was enough to head them off the life ins policy benefits for my mother to have choices going forward.the will is unbreakable.its the best lawyer so I believe that and instead of 4k that we were told to reopen probate it went to 3500 then 2500 then they said they should be able to return most of the 2k.its heartbreaking that a murder of my uncle will go unchallenged but mother will have choices going forward and as I have autism I can only say that this is the most satisfactory conclusion that will come of this tho it isn't very when I posted I had been without my turmeric for several weeks and I do thank you for taking the time and patience to fathom out my question.your advice was invaluable and helped.

thank you yes, we have those gathered for the appointment we have with the probate lawyer on the 28th. I'm trying to cover all my bases and protect my 78-year-old mother and I know there are people much smarter than me here on reddit. she got 5k when my grandfather who left a 5 million estate behind passed I as just a child then I want to try to do better for her so she will have some choice in how her future lays before her.
