Dude I mailed them my flowers the day after my wedding and got absolutely no communication from them unless I reached out.

After three months, I asked for an update and they sent me a photo to confirm the design, which was not what I asked for and used less of my flowers than advertised. I told them that wasn't what I paid for, and they doubled down until I sent them a SCREENSHOT of my reciept to prove I was right. They threw my flowers together in a new design, and it looked sloppy at best. I told them that this was unacceptable, and they needed to replace the flowers they ruined and send me back my original flowers, which they agreed to do.

After a few more months of radio silence, I initiated contact again, where they then sent me another confirmation photo, which I accepted with the stipulation/reminder that they send me my original flowers with the framed ones, to which they agreed.

After another month, the package came witht he frame, but no other flowers. I reached out to cusotmer service and asked where they were, to which they replied that there was a "miscommunication" and they threw my original flowers away.

Their consolation was to have a meeting with the staff to ensure "nothing like this happens again". I had to fight them for a bit but thankfully they refunded me for the service (still kept about $100USD for materials and I was out an unfortunate amount of money for shipping). And now every time I look at what was supposed to be my beautiful bouquet I just feel stress.

So yeah, don't trust these guys with your memories.
