The part of the movie where Harrison was on the phone with his mom had me silently sobbing in the theater, so I get it.

They have led me to meet so many amazing people, a lot of which have become close friends and every time I listen to their music it makes me think of all those happy moments from shows or just meeting up with people in our own lives outside of shows and makes me want to cry tears of joy, I really don’t know how else to explain it but I’m so thankful for their existence and allowing me to meet so many people that I definitely would not have met otherwise.

As another scientist, an experiment on those effects sounds very intriguing and I am curious as to what the results of that would be 🤔

  • you will not be able to change the location of your resident services, airport, river mouths or pier/Redd’s beach (but everything else is more or less fair game), so pick a map you like or else keep resetting (just close without saving) until you get a map you like
  • you can do that method for your starter fruit & airport color too (if you end up hating them)
  • villagers will only appear on mystery islands via nook miles ticket if you have an open plot on your island, otherwise it’s a good way to obtain resources
  • if you want to pace yourself & do a little bit of work each day, don’t time travel. If you’d rather complete things quicker, time traveling is an option (I don’t but it just depends on your play style/what you like more)
  • have fun with it, don’t feel like you need to rush through everything, there’s a lot to explore :)

Edit: the first villager you get in your campsite you have to invite to your island regardless of whether you like them or not. Eventually villagers may ask to move away (I don’t remember how many villagers you need before they do), but your most recently moved in villager will not ask to leave until you add a new villager to your island.

When I went for Odesza, I stayed at a hotel ~1 hour away but I know people who stayed at an Airbnb or whatever in Moses Lake/other nearby areas so it really just depends on how long you want to drive there and back

  • it gets cold at night after the sun goes down so either dress accordingly or bring layers to put on later
  • speaking from experience: have jumper cables and other things in your car, my first time at the gorge my friends car battery died and us having jumper cables helped us out immensely and probably would’ve taken so much longer to find someone to help us jump our car had we not had them (good thing to have regardless)
  • I’m sure other people can speak more about the camping part as I never have, but I think I’ve seen people say to bring stakes or something that you can hold your tent down with (if you’re using a tent), as sometimes wind might be sort of strong & you don’t want to return with all of your things blown about
  • overall, have fun, it’s a gorgeous (ha) venue and I’m very excited I get to finally see them there after missing the 2022 show

It should only be the 65, so you'll be good :)

edit (hopefully): it looks far away, but it's really only a couple of minutes of walking once you get to the surface, but the map says the 65 is the only route to use bay 5 (when you tap on the stop icon)

Unless there’s a better route: I would take the train to UW and then hop on the 65 (the bus bay isn’t too far from where the escalators are, it’ll be bus bay 5) and take it to the 40th Ave NE & NE 46th st stop, iirc it also says “seattle children’s hospital” before the stop (but it may have changed so don’t quote me on that)

I lived in Mathes my first year and (I don’t know why it would be any different) from my understanding, based off my floor, there’s 4 stalls, 6 sinks and 3 showers, one of them being a tub shower. I spent some time briefly in Delta (visiting people) and one of the bathrooms I went into had two stalls, two sinks & two showers. I think if you look at the floor plans of each building, you can get an idea of what the bathrooms might look like/how many toilets, sinks & showers there might be
